Our management objective is to enhance corporate value by ensuring that all officers and employees maintain strict neutrality as a third-party certification organization under our management philosophy, and meet the trust and expectations of clients, business partners, employees, consumers, and all other stakeholders.
To achieve our management objectives based on our management philosophy, we have established and operate a system that ensures transparency, fairness, and independence.

Specifically, to ensure “improvement of business appropriateness and efficiency,” “compliance with accounting standards and reliability of financial reporting,” and “compliance observance,” we have established management meetings as an organization where general managers of each department discuss management issues. Under the management meetings, we have established various committees to promote cross-functional and continuous business operations.
Furthermore, for each objective, we promote the penetration of our management philosophy, which serves as the autonomous foundation of internal control, clarify various approval procedures, authority standards, evaluation standards, etc., and implement audits and evaluations by cross-functional committees to ensure our internal management system.
