Condition Survey
We inspect and report on the condition of cargo itself and packaging condition at the time of shipment or at designated points. This enables confirmation of the presence or absence of abnormalities accompanying the transfer of cargo management responsibility from shipper to consignee, facilitating smooth delivery.
When product specifications differ from contract terms, defects or damage are discovered, or when there is a need to notify the current condition of cargo to stakeholders, verification through reports prepared by third-party inspection organizations such as NKKK is effective.

Heavy Lift Stowage Survey
When transporting large structures such as wind power generation facilities, various plant equipment, modules, container cranes, and bridge girders using module carriers or non-self-propelled vessels (barges, etc.), we conduct thorough feasibility studies and confirmations regarding vessel motion, generated acceleration, product structural strength, vessel deck strength, securing strength, stability, tugboat capability, towing arrangements, and other factors. We then attend stowage operations, confirm conditions, and issue prompt reports.
Thorough preliminary investigations enable smooth field operations, reliable safety management, and schedule compliance. These inspections are generally called Warranty Surveys.

Transportation Technical Consulting
We address various concerns and consultations regarding transportation methods and cargo transport, including maritime transportation technology related to offshore wind power generation and related guidelines, as well as maritime transportation of large structures and port facilities.
We assist with planning including on-site surveys, vessel deck strength assessments, consideration of equipment and materials to be used, advice on effective stowage and securing methods, and preparation of strength calculation reports.
In addition to the above, we also handle route surveys, transportation environment investigations, vessel and cargo strength investigations, securing method proposals, preparation of various calculation reports and reports, as well as supervision services.

Biomass Power Generation
Draft Survey
Determination of trading quantities for biomass-related cargo, iron ore, coal, iron scrap, salt, and other commodities by Draft Survey has become an international commercial practice. This draft survey method is widely adopted as a means to calculate the weight of large bulk cargoes promptly, accurately, and economically, regardless of the presence or absence of weighing equipment at cargo handling facilities.
NKKK, as a third-party inspection and survey organization, has earned the trust of stakeholders both in Japan and overseas, receiving high evaluations.

Inspection of Bulk Cargoes
We conduct quality inspection services for a wide range of commodities including steel raw materials, biomass fuels, metals, alloys, ingots, non-metals, and ores. We implement sampling based on statistical methods, conduct sample preparation, testing and analysis, and issue inspection certificates.
We also participate in domestic committees for ISO/TC102 (Iron Ore and Direct Reduced Iron), ISO/TC132 (Ferroalloys), and ISO/TC183 (Copper, Lead, Zinc and Nickel Ores and Concentrates), and are involved in the establishment and revision of Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS).
