01Inquiry & Consultation

02Quotation
We will provide a quotation based on your requirements, including analysis methods, costs, delivery time, and required sample quantity.
*Standard delivery time for general analysis is 1-2 weeks. Expedited service (1.5-2 times the standard fee) is available. Please consult with our staff.
03Request & Order Placement
Upon approval of the quotation, please send us your samples along with the analysis application form. Please refer to the application form for shipping details.
04Analysis Commencement
We will conduct the requested analysis, testing, and investigation.
*If interim reports are required, please consult with our staff.
05Results Report
We will first send you preliminary results by email.
If you have any questions about the analysis results, please do not hesitate to contact us.
06Delivery of Analysis Certificate, Report, and Invoice
We will send the original documents by postal mail. Please let us know if PDF format is acceptable.
07Payment
Please proceed with payment processing.
*First-time users and companies may be requested to pay in advance. We appreciate your understanding.
